What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They are widely used to make websites work properly and to remember your preferences.
How we use cookies
The Inboxly marketing website (https://www.getinboxly.com) does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
The Chrome extension itself does not use browser cookies. It uses Chrome's built-in local storage to remember your Gmail account between sessions — this data never leaves your device.
Essential storage
The extension stores the following data locally on your device:
- Your Gmail address and a linked account identifier, so you stay connected between sessions.
- A local cache of your tracked emails, to reduce load times.
This data is stored only on your device and is never shared with third parties.
Managing your data
You can clear the extension's locally stored data at any time by going to chrome://extensions, finding Inboxly, and clicking "Clear data". Uninstalling the extension also removes all locally stored data.
