What we collect

Inboxly collects the minimum amount of data necessary to provide the service:

• Your Gmail address, used to associate tracked emails with your account.
• A unique identifier for each email you choose to track.
• The date and time when a tracked email was delivered and opened.

We never read, store, or process the subject line, body, attachments, or any other content of your emails.

How we use your data

The data we collect is used solely to display delivery and open status inside your Gmail inbox. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any other purpose.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We apply access controls so that only you can see your own tracking data.

Data retention

Tracking records are kept for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Third-party services

Inboxly uses Supabase for database storage and real-time updates, and Vercel for hosting. Both services have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hi@getinboxly.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date.
